The Parent Programme is designed for parents raising children and teenagers in the context of significant wealth.

While wealth creates extraordinary opportunity, it also introduces unique challenges - how to raise grounded children in an environment of material abundance; at what age do you begin talking openly about money, and how much is the right amount to share; how to avoid the very advantages you've worked for becoming a source of difficulty rather than strength.

Our work focuses on the day-to-day realities of parenting in this environment: setting healthy boundaries, introducing financial awareness gradually, approaching gifting and trusts with intention, managing reputation and privacy, and encouraging work ethic, responsibility, and resilience.
